This chapter is important on so many different levels. Everyday children are going through traumatic experiences and they don’t have many real ones who they can relate to. I’m speaking directly to that kid and open up with them about how I had to keep going through my traumatic experiences. My instincts gave me hope that it was something out there for me, when I was lost.
